2-Day In-Person Intensive

Elevate Through Your Kink Journey at The Sanctuary of Easy Harlem: May 24th/25th, 10AM - 6PM

Welcome to The Conscious Kinky Partner 2-Day In-person Intensive, where over the course of 48 hours attendees will learn the art of building and maintaining deep, meaningful connections through a variety of BDSM based discussions and practices. Beginning with necessary conversations which highlight the importance of negotiation, as well as defining energy and power exchange, we’ll help you to learn and expand on certain BDSM modalities like body mapping, rope, mummification, impact and flogging with new perspectives and incredible confidence. Join us for a fun and dynamic time, one full of learning, growing, clarifying and playing all through the lens of The Conscious Kinky Partner.

The intensive actually starts Friday night, with an initial meet-and-greet for attendees that leads into our regularly scheduled East Harlem Play Party. Additionally, this intensive is also hosted on the same weekend as Resonance, our special BDSM:101 tasting event. That being said, we don’t expect participants to stay for the entirety of either late night party/event, but we highly encourage you to stay for a bit and take a peek at our regular offerings!

FAQ

Is this intensive members-only?

  • Nope! Our 2-day intensive is open to the public but our members do save with additional discounts dependent on their chosen membership tier.

This is my first kink/BDSM event ever, how do you support anxious first timers?

  • We welcome everyone at the door with a friendly face and open arms, especially newcomers. All of our events, socials and programming were specifically designed with all levels of experience in mind.

  • For those with additional stress and anxiety, we provide a safe, judgement free environment for you to learn and process amongst others that are doing the same. This intensive is run by knowledgeable facilitators who are here to lead and support individuals through various mental health and emotional triggers. No matter what, someone will always be available to talk and walk you through any distress.

What else do I need to know before arriving?

  • The dress code is “comfortable and confident”. Attendees are welcome to bring fetish wear to change into for the evenings festivities but it is not mandatory. In fact, many regulars arrive for our events in everyday/vanilla wear, sometimes even sweatpants. Come as you are, we welcome everyone no matter your chosen fashion wear.

  • Each morning we provide light breakfast and coffee for all participants (please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies ahead of time). For lunch and dinner, attendees are welcome to bring their own meals or purchase food from a variety of nearby restaurants. For those who bring food from home, we have a refrigerator and microwave for public use. Coffee, tea, light snacks and lollipops are available throughout the day.
